What to do in quarantine??

Hi I am back with another post to help you pass your time in this quarantine! This is one of the most therapeutic activities-JOURNALING
Journaling allows you to write down your experiences and thoughts. Writing down even everyday experiences helps you to reflect and gives you a chance to express yourself.
Pro's of journaling

 Track progress and growth
If you make journaling a regular habit, you can see how much progress or growth you’ve made by going through previous entries.

 Improve writing and communication skills
Writing improves with practice. When you journal every day, you’re practicing writing. And if you use a journal to express your thoughts and ideas, it’ll help improve your communication skills.

HOW TO START A JOURNAL
Decorate the notebook. Make the journal your own by using  art, stickers, and colors. Take  inspiration  from  magazines, and stick them on the inside or outside of the journal!

Write the first entry. The most important step of starting a journal is actually setting down the first entry. The notebook, the decoration, and the security are all just ways of making the journal to motivate you to write in
  • Write about what happened on the day . Include where you went, what you did, and who you spoke to.
  • Write about what you felt today. Write  your joys, your frustrations, and your goals into the journal.

  • Turn your writing into art. Use the journal to write stories or poems, to make sketches.
